Sin embargo, en el lado sur y disimulada entre los jardines, se encuentra una cruz de piedra, tan sencilla como curiosa.
Hallábase antiguamente en el cementerio comunal, y hasta 1842 no fue trasladada al lugar que ocupa actualmente.
En cuanto a su origen -siglo XVII o principios del XVIII- LA CRUZ DE HENDAYE constituye el monumento cúlmine del llamado "calvario esotérico" de la Masonería y la más singular expresión simbólica del Quiliasmo, doctrina de la antigua filosofía de Hermes.
Tallada en piedra por los maestros canteros y talladores pertenecientes a la llamada 'free-stone-masón', es decir, albañiles iniciados y altamente calificados, sus bajo relieves y su ejecución nos hacen pensar que sus emblemas encarnan una ciencia profunda y avanzados conocimientos cosmográficos.
En el brazo transversal de la cruz -una cruz griega- descubrimos la inscripción acostumbrada para la época, esculpida en relieve:
"O crux ave spes unica" = "La cruz es la única esperanza".
Pero la inscripción original hace una separación notable entre las palabras. Traduciendo el nominativo masculino pes requiere el adjetivo unicus, que es del mismo género, y no el femenino unica. Parecería, pues, que la deformación de la palabra spes, esperanza, en pes, pie, por ablación de la consonante inicial, hubiese sido resultado involuntario de un tallador principiante. PERO ¿explica realmente la inexperiencia una rareza semejante?
Absolutamente No.
En efecto, la ejecución de la obra por la misma mano y de la misma manera, demuestra una evidente preocupación por la colocación y un gran cuidado en la disposición y el equilibrio. ¿Por qué habría de ser realizada la inscripción menos escrupulosamente? Un examen cercano nos permite afirmar que sus caracteres son claros y elegantes, y que no están imbricados. Sin duda, se diseñó primeramente con tiza y carbón, y este boceto descarta necesariamente cualquier idea sobre un error sufrido durante la talla. Ahora bien, como este error existe, hay que sacar la conclusión de que fue un error... deliberado.
El autor dispuso de este modo el epígrafe de su obra, a sabiendas y voluntariamente.
La letra S, corresponde a la ji (X) de la lengua griega y toma de ella su significación esotérica. Es el rastro helicoidal del sol llegado al cenit de su curva a través del espacio al producirse la catástrofe cíclica. Es una imagen teórica de la bestia del Apocalipsis, del dragón que vomita, en los días del Juicio Final.
Gracias al valor simbólico de la letra S, desplazada adrede, comprendemos que la inscripción debe expresarse en lenguaje secreto, y que hemos de descubrir su sentido.
Leeremos pues en fiacés el latín, y después, empleando las vocales permutantes, obtendremos la asonancia de palabras que componen una frase: "Il est écrit que la vie se réfugie en un seul espace".
Y asi nos enteramos de que existe una región donde la muerte no alcanzará al hombre cuando llegue la época del cataclismo «Está escrito que la vida se refugia en un solo espacio.»
El Norte sufrirá un incendio y el Sur una inundación.
Los alquimistas no nos hablan de un doble cataclismo en sí mismo sino que se refieren "a la inversión de la bola", esto es exactamente el cambio del eje, la caída de los polos, uno de los cuales toma súbitamente el lugar del otro.
Para los Iniciados, cada ciclo comienza y termina debido a una catástrofe y la historia humana, evoluciona y se desarrolla entre dos polos, el agua y el fuego, los cuales operan juntos y durante el mismo tiempo en una región de la Tierra distinta y opuesta.
El gran hacedor de este conflicto es la traslación solar, la ascensión del Sol al cenit del polo. Es por esto que un mismo hemisferio es sumergido en las aguas al final de un período y calcinado por el fuego al término del ciclo siguiente.
Al reverso de la cruz también existe la inscripción INRI: "Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudeorum" = Jesús de Nazaret, Rey de los Judíos. Pero que toma del esoterismo su significación secreta: "Igne Natura Renovatur Integra" = "La Naturaleza se Renueva íntegramente en el Fuego", "porque es por medio del fuego que será puesto a prueba nuestro mundo".
En cada una de las cuatro caras del pedestal, observamos un símbolo diferente. Vemos en la primera la imagen del Sol; en otra la Luna; la tercera nos muestra una estrella de ocho puntas representando a Venus, y la última, una figura geocéntrica que es el esquema adoptado por los iniciados: un círculo ovalado dividido perfectamente en cuatro, donde en cada espacio aparece una letra A, representando las cuatro eras de la humanidad: Oro; Plata; Bronce; y la de Hierro, que es nuestra actualidad.
Los cuatro grandes siglos - figuras históricas de las cuatro edades del mundo - representan con el mismo atributo a sus soberanos: Alejandro, Augusto, Carlomagno, y Luis XVI.
Los tres primeros son emperadores; el cuarto es solamente rey, el Rey-Sol, y significa la declinación del astro y sus postreros resplandores. Es el crepúsculo anunciador de la larga noche cíclica. Curiosamente, el mínimo de Maunder(*) coincide con el reinado completo de Luis XIV de Francia, el "Rey Sol".
(*)El mínimo de Maunder, lapso de tiempo entre 1645 y 1715 durante el cual las manchas solares practicamente desaparecieron. Coincidiendo con el momento máximo de la llamada "Mini-Era del Hielo" de los siglos XV a XVII, en que Europa, América del Norte -y quizás el resto del mundo- sufrieron inviernos extremadamente crudos.
¿Pero cómo esto lo relacionamos a la fecha del 2012? Dos especialistas en ciencias esotéricas: Jay Weidner y Vincent Bridge, dedujeron que el fin de los tiempos tendría lugar tal año, ya que los grabados en el pedestal significan que cuando el Sol, la Luna y las estrellas se alineen, llegará el fin de los tiempos. Ellos plantean como esencial: "Su simbología revela una época de destrucción sobre un periodo de veinte años antes de comenzar con el equinoccio de otoño de 2002, cuando la alineación planetaria y solar forme una cruz de ángulos rectos. El punto culminante se sitúa en el solsticio de invierno de 2012". Estos investigadores plantearon su teoría, en la publicación de "Los misterios de la Gran Cruz de Hendaye".
Relacionado a su teoría, es el aproximamiento del tránsito del planeta Venus por delante del sol, visto desde la tierra, lo que significa que estos tres cuerpos se encuentran alineados. Este suceso de Venus, se divide en cuatro tránsitos de un periodo de 243 años, con intervalos entre cada uno de 105,5; 8; 121,5 y 8 años. Se suelen considerar los "pares" de tránsitos que se producen en un intervalo de 8 años. Esto tiene total relación al recordar que en la cruz de Hendaye, el símbolo del sol se encuentra opuesto a la estrella de Venus. Este evento tendrá lugar el próximo 6 de junio de 2012 y se apreciará un disco circular muy negro.
Todo lo anterior se corresponde con la imagen esquemática del ciclo que encontramos en las dos cruces simbólicas del monumento: Arriba, la cruz divina, ejemplo del medio escogido para la expiación; Abajo, la cruz del globo, determinando el polo del hemisferio boreal y situándolo en el Fin de los Tiempos.

Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar, which consists of 12 months and lasts for about 354 days. The word “Ramadan” is derived from an Arabic word for intense heat, scorched ground and shortness of food and drink. It is considered to be the most holy and blessed month. Fighting is not allowed during this period.
The month of Ramadan traditionally begins with a new moon sighting, marking the start of the ninth month in the Islamic calendar. Many Muslims (except children, the sick and the elderly) abstain from food, drink, and certain other activities during daylight hours in Ramadan. This is considered as the holiest season in the Islamic year and commemorates the time when the Qu’ran (Islamic holy book) is said to have been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. Think of a large tree, we only see half of the tree. We look in amazement and wonderment at the life that is harboured in its branches and the incredible atmospheric processing factory the tree is. We forget that below us is the other half of the tree, its roots providing a harbour for an entire ecosystem, and the roots are an enormous chemical processing plant.   Duir - Double-ended oak treeThis picture comes from an ancient druid grove in Derby and shows an oak tree (Duir) with its branches and roots entwined to make the circle of life. In the 90s an ancient oak tree was uncovered as the sea went very far out on the Norfolk coast. It had been buried upside-down within a circle of posts, a woodhenge. Time Team built a replica of it that was most impressive and gave you a strong sense of what the place must have been about. I have often wondered what is beneath Silbury Hill, not just what is in it. The Nile as Tree of Life: but which is the root and which is the branch? What is up and what is down? For the Ancients, The Med was the bottom of Egypt, South was at the top. The Delta is the roots.  Black is white. Above is below. Top is down.

MIGDAL-GAD - mig'-dal-gad (mighdalgadh, "tower of Gad"): One of a group of 16 cities of Judah situated in the "lowland" (Josh 15:37). Of these, only Lachish, Eglon, Beth-dagon and Naamah have been identified with any certainty. This would indicate a site in the Philistine plain, and the modern flourishing town of Mejdel, 2 1/2 miles Northeast of Ashkelon, appears to be a possible identification. It is the most important town in the district which is named after it Nahiet el-Mejdel. It must, however, be admitted that it is difficult to see how Judah could have held a site so close to the great Philistine strongholds. It is very probable that Mejdel ("tower") is the tower mentioned in Josephus, BJ, III, ii, 3, as close to Ashkelon, and it or Migdalgad (or both if they are the same sites) may be identical with the Magtal of the Tell el-Amarna Letters (Petrie, Hist. Migdol, or migdal, is a Hebrew word (מגדּלה מגדּל, מגדּל מגדּול) which means either a tower (from its size or height), an elevated stage (a rostrum or pulpit), or a raised bed (within a river). Physically, it can mean fortified land, i.e. a walled city or castle; or elevated land, as in a raised bed, like a platform, possibly a lookout. The term for a border fort is similar, mekter, in Egyptian. Figuratively, "tower" has connotations of proud authority.
Joshua referred to Migdal-Gad, ‘tower of Gad’, one of the fortified cities of Judah, and also to Migdal-El, ‘tower of God’, one of the fortified towns of Naphtali (Joshua 19.38)
Jeremiah referred to a "Migdol" in Egypt, (Jeremiah 44:1) an island in the Nile, and Ezekiel referred to the Migdol of Syene, in Upper Egypt, in the context of the seat of government. The letters of Šuta refer to a "Magdalu in Egypt" which Albright identified with Jeremiah's Migdol.[1]
The Book of Exodus records that the children of Israel encamped at Pi-hahiroth between Migdol and the Red Sea, before their historic crossing.
Migdal Ha'emek is a large hill surrounded by the Kishon river, west of Nazareth.

La Tribu Gady el Mashiaj pasa a convertirse en el Representante de todas las tribus de hijos de Israel, todo lo que se diga de Gad involucra a las 12 Tribus de Israel.
En estos textos Moshe profetiza sobre cada una de las tribus de Israel en un contexto de los últimos días es decir en los Días del Mashiaj, inmediatamente antes de su muerte. En D’varím (Deut) 33.20 está escrito:
"De Gad él dijo ‘bendito es Aquel que agranda a Gad. Él mora como un LEÓN y arrancará el brazo, también la Corona." D’varim (Deut.) 33.20-21 Tora Mizrajit.
Primeramente, vemos que el Bendito es el Eterno Mismo agrandará a Gad en los últimos días, para realizar una función importante. Esa función se describe hacia el final de D’varim 33.20. La tribu de Gad morará como un león o como el león sobre Israel, mientras recibe el brazo de gobierno arrancado y removido de la tribu de Juda, poniéndose y llevando así la corona o el cetro sobre todo Israel.
Note que fue profetizado por Moshe que el Elohim de Israel, arrancaría el brazo de liberación, y el poder legislativo de Juda por medio de permitir que la tribu de GAD lleve la corona de autoridad halája sobre todo Israel. Gad se dice que se pone la corona, siendo que Gad y no Juda mora en autoridad regia sobre el Israel de los últimos días, después del primer advenimiento de Shiloh. Fue Shiloh Mismo quien arrancó la corona y el cetro de Juda, y se lo dio a Gad. Hallamos el cumplimiento del arrancamiento en Sefer Toldot Iehoshua/Libro las Crónicas de Iehoshua conocido como (Mateo) 21.43 y Shiloh lo afirma:

Llegó un momento en la vida de Iehoshúa que se dio cuenta de que aquella generación de Israel en el 1er siglo no merecía la manifestación completa del Maljut Shamaim, ya que no hacía T’shuvá ni Maasim Tovim; por esto en los capítulos finales de su vida comienza a declararlo. Él dijo que el Maljut Shamaim sería quitado de aquella generación y dado a una nación haciendo fruto de T’shuvá, esto quiere decir a una futura generación (Maasav v’torató shel Iehoshúa 17.21, 25; 13.28; Rom.11; Toldot Iehoshúa Pereq 91).
