Lorentzian wormhole
Wormholes are solutions to the Einstein field equations for gravity that act as "tunnels," connecting points in space-time in such a way that the trip between the points through the wormhole could take much less time than the trip through normal space.

Norway Spiral observed .....gives a interesting perspective of a wormhole

The logarithmic spiral was first described by Descartes

Black holes of stellar mass are expected to form when very massive stars collapse at the end of their life cycle.

it happens at the death of a star

or a wormhole
a "shortcut" through spacetime. A wormhole is much like a tunnel with two ends each in separate points in spacetime. A wormhole would be an unvisualisable structure of 4 or more dimensions.
