Coquito (bebida)
Ingredientes
1 tz de leche de coco o crema de coco
1 1/2 cdas. de azúcar
4 yemas de huevo
1 cdta.de vainilla
1 lata de leche evaporada
1 lata de leche condensada
1 1/2 tza de ron blanco
Preparación
Bata las yemas con el azúcar, añada la leche evaporada y demás ingredientes. Cuele y guarde en la nevera. Sirva frío. Rinde 15 porciones.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • DIRECTIONS:
    1. In the top of a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
    2. Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles, and chill overnight.

    CHOCOQUITO (COQUITO DE CHOCOLATE)


    Ingredients

    1 LATA DE LECHE CONDENSADA
    1 LATA DE LECHE EVAPORADA
    1 LATA DE CREMA DE COCO
    1 1/2 TAZA DE SYRUP DE CHOCOLATE
    1 1/2 TAZA DE RON ORO
    CANELA A GUSTO

    Procedure

    1. MEZCLAR TODOS LOS INGREDIENTES EN UNA CACEROLA GRANDE
    2. ECHAR EN BOTELLAS
    3. ENFRIAR
    4. SERVIR FRIO EN VASOS DE SHOT

    Coquito (Puerto Rican-Style Egg Nog)

    Ingredients

    12 egg yolks, well beaten
    4 cans (12 oz size) evaporated milk
    4 cans (14 oz size) condensed milk
    2 cans (15 oz size) cream of coconut
    3 tablespoons vanilla
    4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, optional
    1/2 cup brandy or cognac, optional*
    3 cups Puerto Rican white rum*

    Instructions

    In a saucepot, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk; heat mixture to 160ºF. Cool. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; beat well with an electric mixer. Pour into containers and chill before serving. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 16 cups.

    Ingredientes

    1/4 de ron blanco
    1 lata de leche evaporada
    1 lata de leche condensada
    4 yemas de huevo
    쩍 cucharadita de vainilla
    1 lata de crema de coco
    canela al gusto
    hielos

    Preparación

    Mezcla todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y sírvelo bien frío.
