SHIRDI SAI BABA'S IDOL INSTALLED
@ RAGHUNATH TEMPLE COMPLEX`JAMMU

On 19th June`2011, the Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust wrote a Golden chapter by Installing & Unveiling the Idol of Shirdi Sai Baba in one of the outer Parikrama temple groves
near the Natraj Temple @ Shri Raghunath Temple Complex.
The Raghunath Temple Complex which happens to be one of the largest temple complexes of Northern India,
is situated on the banks of the holy River Tawi right in the heart of Jammu`J&K,India
Smt.Ritu Singh wife of M.K Ajatshatru Singh, Trustee unveiled the graceful Idol of Sai Baba
amidst chanting of Vedic Mantras and performing of special Pooja by a team of highly Sanskrit learned Pandits.
Present on this occasion were the President of J & K Dharmarth Trust, Shri.Thakur Divakar Singh,
members of the J & K Dharmarth Trust Council, galaxy of prominent citizens and a large number of devotees.
Speaking on the occasion, Trustee Ajatshatru Singh said that by installing & unveiling
the Idol of Shree Sai Baba in Raghunath Temple,
the Trust had fulfilled the long pending aspirations of the people of Jammu,
particularly Sai Baba’s devotees coming from outside the State
for the darshan of Shri Raghunath Ji Mandir in Jammu. He added that now Jammu’s pride Shri Raghunath Ji Temple,
the City of Temples could rightly called the abode of Secular God.
Underscoring the need for unveiling the sacred Idol of Sai Baba in Raghunath Temple Complex,
Smt.Ritu Singh said, “Now devotees of Sai Baba will not to have undertake long journeys
to other places for darshans of Sai Baba .” One can easily reach this temple from Srinagar/ Jammu Airport
by hiring taxis or by taking regular buses from the cities.
