GOLD IDOL OF SAI BABA EMPLACED @ SAI TEMPLE`CHANDIGARH
On Tuesday 06th Dec`2011, the Shirdi Sai Samaj group`Chandigrah celebrated the 16th Swaroop Sthapna Diwas
at Chandigarh's Sector-29 Sai Temple. On this occasion a Gold Idol of ‘Sai Baba’ made in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh,
and worth approx Rs.30 lakh was emplaced at the temple.
The Idol of Sai Baba comprises of:
100 grams of Platinum,
450 grams of Gold,
18 kg Silver,
17 kg Mercury,
16.5 kg Lead,
108 kg Brass,
51 kg Copper
and 160 grams of Metal.
