When you book an appointment with us, your confirmation page will provide the exact address, ensuring you have all the details you need to find us easily. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, so it’s essential to be sure of your appointment before booking.

To ensure the best results, we ask that you arrive with clean, and oil-free hair. Currently, we do not offer hair-washing services, so unclean hair will not receive service, and your deposit will be forfeited. For the best braiding experience, blown-out hair is preferred. If you need help preparing your hair, you can add the blowout option to your appointment during booking.

Timeliness is appreciated at Smoked by Trice. Arriving on time not only respects our schedule but also ensures that your braiding session begins without any rush, allowing us to focus on perfecting your look. Additionally, your hair must be at least four inches long before booking an appointment. If you’re unsure, feel free to call for a free consultation to determine if your hair meets the requirements.
