I’m planning to get a new cafe racer jacket and thought to hear what others have to say about it first. It was said that a good jacket should be one that provides both style and protection; for rider’s like me who appreciate both the retro and the modern protective elements worn while riding the bike. What components should I get when choosing a cafe racer jacket? Are there those special types of cloth, shoe brands that are more effective in serving their purpose and comfortable? Also, does the fit make any difference if you are going to be super comfortable during longer rides or is this about looks? Any suggestions as to where one can get one or which styles are recommended for both city and highway commute would be highly welcome.
