Of the two other strap models, one has a pave dial, as well as a full diamond-set case and lugs, and the other has a Mega-Tapisserie dial, and is set with baguette diamonds (which the press release santos de cartier cartier describes as "muscular" – not the first nor even the hundredth adjective I think of when I think of baguette-cut diamonds but hey, why shouldn't a baguette aspire to being swole). And the fourth, of course, is fully diamond-set, including the bracelet.

While mechanically sound, the Trooper is an honest daily, not a show car and it has a lift, larger wheels, and other suspension link upgrades. The bumpin' system has long since been removed in favor of SUV overlander upgrades but the Trooper remains one of Nicholas's favorite things and it has the specificity and backstory to match that of his favorite watches.
