"هلا بت" هي مبادرة سعودية حديثة تهدف إلى تمكين النساء والفتيات في مجال التكنولوجيا والبرمجة، وتوفر منصة تعليمية وتواصلية تساعدهن على تطوير مهاراتهن التقنية، وتوسيع شبكاتهن المهنية. يأتي اسم المنصة من عبارة ترحيبية مألوفة في اللهجة السعودية "هلا" مضافة إلى كلمة "بت" التي ترمز إلى "بت" كاختصار لكلمة "بنت" أو "Bit" في السياق التقني. هلابت

 

الرؤية والأهداف

تسعى "هلا بت" إلى بناء مجتمع تقني داعم للنساء في المملكة العربية السعودية والمنطقة العربية، من خلال:

  • ورش عمل تعليمية في مجالات مثل تطوير المواقع، الذكاء الاصطناعي، الأمن السيبراني.
  • فعاليات شبكية تجمع رائدات الأعمال والمبرمجات وخبيرات التقنية.
  • برامج إرشاد وتوجيه تربط المبتدئات بالخبرات في المجال.
  • محتوى رقمي ملهم على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي يعزز من الوعي بدور النساء في التقنية.

الأثر المجتمعي

من خلال "هلا بت"، بدأت العديد من الفتيات السعوديات في اكتشاف شغفهن بالتكنولوجيا، والانخراط في مسارات مهنية جديدة، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030 المتعلقة بتمكين المرأة وزيادة مساهمتها في الاقتصاد الرقمي.
