 I wanted to let everyone know that I have updated all the Smiley Central Index pages in the menu. Any of the smilies that are on the message boards have been linked to their corresponding page.
If you see a page that isn`t linked or one that is linked incorrectly, please let me know so I can fix it. I may have missed a link here or there  .
I have added instructions on each page to let you know that if a category is on the page but not linked, then you can request it. I will add more content as requested.
