Jeannine, can you please tell me what instructions are not in English? If you are referring to the labels of the buttons in the message editor, then refer to the Message Editor Translation page. The buttons are pretty much the same as you would see in any message editor. If you are having any particular difficulty, please let me know, and I will see if I can help with screenshots or something.
