Interpretacion esoterica del apocalipsis- "Y la voz que había oído del cielo me habló de nuevo y dijo: Ve, toma el pequeño libro abierto de la mano del ángel que está erguido sobre el mar y sobre la tierra. Y fui hacia el Ángel, diciéndole que me diera el pequeño libro. Y él me dijo: Tómalo y trágatelo; será amargo en tus entrañas, pero en tu boca será dulce como la miel. Tomé el pequeño libro de la mano del Ángel y lo tragué, y fue en mi boca dulce como la miel, pero cuando lo hube tragado, mis entrañas se llenaron de amargura. Entonces me dijeron: Es preciso que de nuevo profetices contra una multitud de pueblos, de naciones, de lenguas y de reyes. (Apocalipsis X, 8-11)... La voz del cielo es la de nuestro Ego; esa voz que no sabemos escuchar, pero que ha medida que avanzamos en nuestro proceso evolutivo, percibimos con mayor claridad y llega un momento en que nuestro yo profano se somete a los dictados de esa voz. Aquí vemos que el Ego de Juan, de ese Juan que todos llevamos dentro, lo envía al Ángel para que tome el pequeño libro. El Ángel que se apoya en el mar y en la tierra, también aparece en nuestra naturaleza interna, en nuestro mar y nuestra tierra humana, y ese pequeño libro contiene la Historia Humana que los de Binah han escrito desde el comienzo de su actuación hasta el final. Puesto que esa Alma Humana llamada Juan se interesa por conocer los detalles de la organización cósmica, le sucede lo que tantas veces ocurre con los curiosos, que son víctimas de su propia curiosidad y se convierten en protagonistas de aquello que sólo pretendían contemplar. Vemos pues en este punto de la Enseñanza, que Juan, habiéndose acercado al Misterio, habiéndose colocado en el escenario en que los Ángeles tocan sus trompetas, recibe de su Ego la invitación de que no se limite a contemplar, sino que debe participar en el juego, tomando el libro abierto de la mano del Ángel. Es algo sobre lo cual deben reflexionar todos los curiosos, los que se sienten impelidos a contemplar la Obra Divina, tan sólo para adquirir conocimientos y poder presumir de ellos ante su sociedad. Si se acercan demasiado a los Centros de Poder divinos, si permanecen allí escuchando tras las puertas, no tardarán en verse fichados por la Divinidad y con un carné de profesional encima para que nadie les pueda llamar intrusos. Juan nos refiere en este episodio la manera en que fue fichado y contratado, puesto que el Ángel le entrega el libro, le manda comérselo y después lo envía a profetizar. Ya en el capítulo 5º vimos que aparecía un libro sellado y un Ángel buscaba al hombre digno de abrirlo y quebrar sus sellos. Al referirnos a este episodio citamos al profeta Ezequiel, quien ya en su tiempo se tragó un rollo, que encontró dulce en su boca y después lo mandaron a profetizar. Aquí el Libro aparece abierto, lo cual significa que ya no contiene secretos que deban ser guardados. La civilización de Jehová-Binah ha sido por esencia la del secreto, del juramento y del misterio. Al aparecer Cristo, lo primero que enseñó fue a no jurar. En las colecciones de bibliófilos aún pueden verse ejemplares de libros en cuyas cubiertas figuraban unas barras de hierro taladradas para que en ellas pudiera introducirse un candado, de manera que el libro sólo pudiera ser abierto por el que estaba en posesión de la llave. En las escuelas Iniciáticas de Binah, que todavía hoy existen, sus adeptos, antes de cerrar sus Trabajos, juran guardarlos en secreto. Jehová necesita el secreto para operar, y ello por una razón principal: porque sus Enseñanzas, siendo fragmentarias, aparecen en la mente de los estudiantes como una verdad definitiva, cuando no es más que la verdad desde la altura en que el discípulo la contempla. Si esa verdad relativa es comunicada, si el discípulo la afirma públicamente, su orgullo le obligará a defenderla, a sangre y a fuego si es atacada, y entonces se atascará en ella y ya no podrá seguir la escalada de la Montaña de la Verdad, porque en cuanto se mueva aparecerá ante su espíritu una nueva realidad que lo situará en contradicción consigo mismo y provocará la burla y el descrédito de la sociedad. Por el contrario, si guarda su descubrimiento filosófico en secreto, la verdad interna irá evolucionando y no tendrá reparos en admitir que lo que antes contemplaba como una verdad absoluta se ha quedado pequeña y ello le induce a presumir que la nueva Verdad también un día se le quedará corta y que la Verdad no es algo que pueda definirse de una vez y para siempre, sino un valor en constante evolución. La comunicación de la Verdad es algo que la estabiliza, la petrifica. Representa la fase Vav del Pensamiento, cuya consecuencia es el fruto, que no tardará en aparecer en el Árbol y que a su vez dará la semilla que convertirá toda la tierra a su alrededor en su gestadora. Este es en realidad el proceso que siguen todas las cosas caminando hacia su cristalización, y así vemos que en el Zodíaco, que es nuestra matriz y nuestro modelo cósmico, en el proceso rotativo de los Elementos, después de Géminis, que es el signo a través del cual el Pensamiento se exterioriza, viene Capricornio, signo de Tierra, en el cual ese Pensamiento geminiano se petrifica. Este es el curso natural de la instauración de las energías creadoras, yendo de lo sagrado a lo profano. Pero Binah-Jehová les dice a los suyos, a los que oyen su voz: "Guardad el secreto; jurad no revelarlo", porque si lo hacen, lo natural detendrá su curso en el estadio He, el que corresponde a los trabajos de interiorización, y en lugar de dar fruto fuera y producirse la identificación con ese fruto, lo dará dentro y consistirá en la más asombrosa variedad de especies. En el periodo de aprendizaje, el secreto de nuestros Trabajos nos permite evolucionar más rápidamente, y está claro y visible que el principal obstáculo que encuentra la ciencia oficial para su progreso rápido, reside en el descubrimiento que los sabios han realizado con anterioridad, el cual se establece como una verdad definitivamente probada, que vuelca toda su fuerza académica contra la nueva ciencia que va naciendo. Por ello Jehová-Binah es el Dios de los libros sellados, el que induce a los hombres a jurar que no revelarán la Verdad más que entre los adeptos de una Escuela Iniciática, comprometidos en la misma búsqueda de lo trascendente. Pero cuando Jehová-Binah baja de su Trono; cuando ya ha comunicado a los hombres todo cuanto tenía que comunicarles, su libro se abre; los secretos dejan de serlo y uno de sus representantes lo ofrece a quien quiera tragárselo. Nadie mejor, para ese Trabajo, que el curioso Juan, esa Alma Humana ávida de misterios, empeñada en realizar tareas divinas en lugar de dedicarse a las humanas. Hemos dicho muchas veces que el Apocalipsis contiene el relato de nuestra propia historia humana, pero ya hemos visto que esa historia es muy distinta según seamos los marcados o los que vienen de la tribulación, o los que reciben la paletada de Fuego, etc. Aquellos que alcancen el estadio llamado Juan, tendrán que tragarse el Libro por encargo expreso de sus Egos, pero no los que se muevan a niveles inferiores a los Juanes. El Libro tiene un doble sabor: dulce como la miel en la boca y amargo las entrañas. La boca es el vestíbulo del corazón y ya hemos visto en otra parte de la Enseñanza que las enfermedades del corazón se reflejan en la boca, donde pueden ser detectadas y, por consiguiente, curadas. El corazón, regido por Leo y Beith, es el órgano de Hochmah, que representa el Nuevo Mundo. La entrega del Libro abierto, por parte de las huestes de Jehová, ha de ser grata a Hochmah, puesto que supone el comienzo de su reinado; o sea, ha de ser dulce para nuestro corazón-boca porque supone para nosotros el acceso a la libertad, el fin de una era de sometimiento a las leyes, a las reglas. El Libro es amargo en las entrañas. Si la boca-corazón representa para nosotros lo que viene, la entraña representa lo que se va. En efecto, Binah ha sido el constructor de nuestra organización material, de nuestro cuerpo, de nuestra entraña. Binah y sus criaturas, Gueburah y Hod, tanto en sus aspectos positivos como negativos, han sido los que han construido nuestro cerebro, nuestro esqueleto, el sistema nervioso, el medular, glandular, etc. Esa perfecta organización se retira, desaparece, incorporándose al nuevo orden que Hochmah va a implantar. Pero la amargura que Juan experimenta no es la que suele experimentarse en las despedidas, sino algo mucho más doliente y dramático. En efecto, al ponerle el Ángel el libro abierto en la mano, después de haber pronunciado un último juramento, el de que el Tiempo había terminado, lo que estaba haciendo era traspasarle sus papeles, obligando lo a que terminara una tarea que él, el Ángel, no podía prolongar por más tiempo. Como decíamos más arriba, el que busca el contacto con lo divino, acaba encontrándose con el libro angélico en las manos y con el encargo de interiorizárselo y ponerse a profetizar. Resulta siempre amargo ser el anunciador de las malas noticias, y bien claramente le dice el Ángel a Juan que son precisamente esas malas noticias las que ha de anunciar. Aunque en algunas traducciones del Apocalipsis el texto diga "profetiza a los pueblos", los traductores que se han ceñido al escrito original, escriben: "profetiza contra los pueblos, naciones, lenguas y reyes". Vemos así que en la fase terminal, el Dios en funciones se retira y confía la finalización de sus tareas al Hombre. Ya Moisés consignó en el Génesis que en el 7º Día Dios descansó. Todavía no hemos llegado a ese 7º Día, pero como la dinámica de la Creación se repite en cada una de sus fases, resulta que en cada estadio final, la jerarquía creadora en funciones se retira dejando sus responsabilidades en manos de sus criaturas. Jehová se retira del Trabajo en la 4ª Ronda del 4º Día, se entiende; su retirada de la Creación no es definitiva, puesto que en la 5ª Ronda lo encontraremos de nuevo trabajando en otro terreno. Ya tenemos pues a nuestro Juan interno convertido de nuevo en Profeta. Bien claro lo dice el Ángel: "Es preciso que de nuevo profetices", lo cual implica que ya anteriormente lo hizo. Para llegar al estadio llamado Juan, hemos tenido que pasar por estadios intermedios, en los que la divinidad se ha expresado a través de nosotros. Todos somos profetas de mayor o menor alcance, porque todos llevamos encima el signo de Sagitario, que es la puerta a través de la cual la divinidad se exterioriza en nosotros, sin pedir la venia de nuestra personalidad material. Algunos intuyen que aquello que están haciendo, bajo el impulso de Sagitario, sobrepasa sus intenciones; que sirven de mensajeros de alguien que no dominan, que no es suyo. Pero la mayoría es utilizada por la divinidad a sus expensas. Para llegar a ser Juan, decíamos, hemos tenido que concienciarnos antes de la organización cósmica y hemos tenido que servir voluntariamente a la divinidad interna, pensando, hablando, escribiendo sobre las eternas reglas para ayudar a los pueblos, las naciones, las lenguas, los reyes, tanto los internos como los externos, a encontrar el Camino. Nuestras profecías inspiradas, nuestra revelación recibida de las reglas y del arte real, tiene que servirnos en primer lugar a nosotros mismos, predicando en dirección a nuestros pueblos internos, ya que si no conseguimos ser obedecidos por ellos, difícilmente obedecerán los pueblos, naciones y reyes que se mueven en el exterior. Juan ha de vivir la amargura de tener que anunciar la catástrofe final a todos los que no consiguen invertir los mandos. Pero también experimentará la dulzura de poder ser el que mitigue los rigores de ese tránsito y el que los evite, si sus clientes tienen oídos para escuchar. No todos seremos Juan, pero nuestra ambición ha de consistir en querer serlo. En mayor o menor medida, debemos ser los profetas en esos tiempos apocalípticos que ya vivimos. Debemos anunciar a las gentes que se aproximan a nosotros los rigores de esta hora final y también y sobre todo la manera de evitarlos. Por radio, periódico, televisión, de boca a oído, debemos revelar a las gentes el contenido de ese Libro Abierto antes de que aparezca en cada uno de ellos el Ángel anunciador de que se ha terminado el Tiempo. We have seen that the whole nature of things, all the essential properties of physis, were believed by the Pythagoreans to be contained in the tetractys of the decad; and it now appears that, just as we should expect, this ' fountain of ever-flowing nature' contains the periodic movement of life, evolving out of unity and reverting to unity again, in the recurrent revolution of a wheel of birth. It embodies the fundamental Dionysiac representation of palingenesia.
But there is something more in it than this. Pythagoras inherited the music of Orpheus, as well as the reincarnation doctrine of Dionysus. From the Orphics he inherited also the doctrine of the fall of the soul from its first perfect state of union with the divine, its degradation into the darkness of this life and of the underworld, and its final restoration to peace and unity. Now, on the model of this doctrine of the fall of the soul, the Pythagorean philosophy must hold that all existence proceeds out of the One and returns to it again; and that the One alone is perfect, while the manifold world of visible body is a turbid medium of appearance, in which the one truth is half-revealed and half-concealed, as the divine soul is manifest in the flesh and yet obscured by it and degraded.
There is thus, inherent in the representation handed down from Orphism to Pythagoras, not only the primitive wheel of birth, but another aspect of the movement of life, which is best described as a processional movement out of unity into plurality, out of light into darkness. This movement, also, must be revealed in the nature of numbers, and contained in the tetractys. Pythagoras found it in the procession of numerical series, the study of which he originated, thereby rounding the science of number. It is practically certain, also, that in music he discovered the ratios of the octave, the fifth, and the fourth, contained in the harmonic proportion 12: 8: 6. Now a progression like those contained in the tetractys of Plato's worldsoul --the series, 1: 2: 4: 8, 1: 3: 9: 27– is what the Pythagoreans called an harmonia; it is a continuous entity knit together by a principle of unity running through it, namely the logos or ratio (1/2 or 1/3) which links every term to its predecessor by the same bond. Both series, moreover, radiate from the One, which in Pythagorean arithmetic was not itself a number, but the source in which the whole nature of all numbers was gathered up and implicit. When we note, further, that every number is not only a many, but also one number, we can see how Pythagoras would find the whole movement of cosmic evolution contained in the procession of series, in which the One passes out of itself into a manifold, yet without losing all its unity, and a return from the many to the One is secured by that bond of proportion which runs, backwards and forwards, through the whole series and links it into a ' harmony.' It is thus that we must understand the doctrine that ' the whole Heaven is harmony and number.' The processional movement of physis is modelled upon that of soul, which falls from its first state of union with the divine, but yet remains linked to the One life by mysterious bonds, and can return to it again, purified by music.

As for the "geometric figure", that we may already have (whether applicable here or not) and although the concept of "organic motion" may strike some modern readers as strange, it is nevertheless an underlying feature in many ancient major works--the Timaeus of Plato especially. Here it may also be observed that by expressing the exponents of this short section of the Phi-series planetary framework in thirds, the sets [3, 6, 9 , [4, 8, 12] and [6, 12, 18] are also apparent--sets that may or may not be considered further with respect to other passages in Plato, etc.

there will be a need for several sciences. The first and most important of them is likewise that which treats of pure numbers--not numbers concreted in bodies, but the whole generation of the series of odd and even, and the effects which it contributes to the nature of things. When all this has been mastered, next in order comes what is called by the very ludicrous name mensuration, but is really a manifest assimilation to one another of numbers which are naturally dissimilar, effected by reference to areas. Now to a man who can comprehend this, it will be plain that this is no mere feat of human skill, but a miracle of God's contrivance. Next, numbers raised to the third power and thus presenting an analogy with three-dimensional things. Here again he assimilates the dissimilar by a second science, which those who hit on the discovery have named stereometry [the gauging of solids], a device of God's contriving which breeds amazement in those who fix their gaze on it and consider how universal nature molds form and type by the constant revolution of potency and its converse about the double in the various progressions. The first example of this ratio of the double in the advancing number series is that of 1 to 2; double of this is the ratio of their second powers [ 4 ], and double of this again the advance to the solid and tangible, as we proceed from 1 to 8 [ 1, 2, 2^2, 2^3]; the advance to a mean of the double, that mean which is equidistant from lesser and greater term [the arithmetical], or the other mean [the harmonic] which exceeds the one term and is itself exceeded by the other by the same fraction of the respective terms--these ratios of 3 : 2 and 4 : 3 will be found as means between 6 and 2: why, in the potency of the mean between these terms [ 6 x 2 ], with its double sense, we have a gift from the blessed choir of the Muses to which mankind owes the boon of the play of consonance and measure, with all they contribute to rhythm and melody.
So much, then, for our program as a whole. But to crown it all, we must go on to the generation of things divine, the fairest and most heavenly spectacle God has vouchsafed to the eye of man. And: believe me, no man will ever behold that spectacle without the studies we have described, and so be able to boast that he has won it by an easy route. Moreover, in all our sessions for study we are to relate the single fact to its species; there are questions to be asked and erroneous theses to be refuted. We may truly say that this is ever the prime test, and the best a man can have; as for tests that profess to be such but are not, there is no labor so fruitlessly thrown away as that spent on them. We must also grasp the accuracy of the periodic times and the precision with which they complete the various celestial motions, and this is where a believer in our doctrine that soul is both older and more divine than body will appreciate the beauty and justice of the saying that ' all things are full of gods ' and that we have never been left unheeded by the forgetfulness or carelessness of the higher powers. There is one observation to be made about all such matters.
