Hi Timber! I was creating glitter texts for G-G.com and thought I would do some for A&S as well. My question is: should they have a credit tag on them? If so, should it be for A&S, Animations & Smilies, my name or other?
Also, here is one of the posts I had done with a short version (general idea) of how to make the gel/glass. I will post some examples below, though I am sure you have already seen my graphics in here lol I can elaborate on the instructions, to make it suitable for a text challenge ♥
I sent you a video through Messenger, Daphne :D I hope that will help! If you want, you can skip using text as a Vector and just do it as Raster. Try it that way, to see if you can do it.
1. Type text as Raster.
2. Duplicate text layer
3. Click on Copy of text; change blend mode to Lighten
4. Then go to Effects and add the Inner Bevel settings, to that same Copy of text layer.
5. Click on original text layer; go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Noise (any setting you wish)
When making glitter texts, the addition of credit is up to you.
When I make snags, I always put my watermark on them somewhere on the snag.
I remember a PSP group that I was a member of would put their group name on their snags like the one below.
I don't care about advertising any of my groups, but it would be fine with me if you wanted to do something similar using any of your groups. The choice is yours .
Lol, no prob or rush! And thank you for replying ♥ I was even playing around trying to duplicate some of the glitters design - ie. adding a color border around the glitter border and it was pretty neat to do that lol
