Shadowed Flowers

Just thought I would share one of my favourite tutorials with you all.  I just used a standard Rockwell Font as its quite bold.  But for the tut they say Broadway which is also good!!

Love this tut. I did it some time ago but can not find the one I did.
I will give it another try. Judy love your butterfly bling. I have some many blings
but I forget to use them. JJ

It's a bit big... I use to have a lot of Brooke and Kroger flower Swags but I guess they all disappeared with everything else that's gone. I will miss all of those goodies.

Here is my try

Thanks so much for posting the tutorial.

Thanks for posting this tutorial, Annie, I've always loved seeing the results for this tut .  Thanks so much for my new tag, it's beautiful!

JessieJo, is that a swag that you used, or did you create your own swag with a scrap kit?  Your tag is adorable, and I see you used the Feena Casual font for the word art.  Great work!

Thanks for posting your beautiful results here, Judy! It's always surprising when I see tags with those blings.  Like JJ said, I also forget to use them, but they really make a tag pop!

Those are lovely, Sharon!   I like how the flat text looks with the dimension of the flowers.  Thanks for posting your results, I enjoyed seeing them!

In love with everyones results! I am finally trying this tutorial out - plus. it is the first thing I make in a LOOOOOONG time! lol I downloaded the font but I guess it did not save to my fonts folder. Either way, I ended up using a font called Glare. It is at size 72. I will absolutely try this one again and play around with other fonts

Finally got the font installed correctly. I swear, I was a bit clueless for a while lol I really like this tutorial, it is simple and pretty

I wanted to make something similar to yours, Timber. Hope you do not mind

I have played with this tutorial A LOT lately. I just love the look of the dark text and bright flowers. Here are the other results I have come up with. I have also created Extras that I posted yesterday. They can be found, here.
