Thank you for sharing the name of the font of your first tag.
Did you get Eye Candy 4000 to work
or did you use Eye Candy 3?

Image Ahhh, at least you played, Su!

I have taken quite a few breaks from PSP so I know what "rusty" feels like.

Thanks for playing , I enjoyed seeing your results!

Your tag looks great, Judy!
I love how differently each name looks  with this pattern and drip settings.
Thanks for giving this tut a try and showing your results!

Timber I have also  just finished doing the melted candle tut with the animation and because I still have my  jasc 8  did it all in that so as to copy as per your tutorial... but my text comes out with a white shadow on it... which is fine to use in an email as it has a white background but to use it on a coloured image it would not look like having a transparent background  ..

Congrats on completing the Melted Candle Tutorial, Daphne!

The white shadow that you're seeing comes from saving the image as a GIF (animation).  When you use this format (GIF), all semi-transparent pixels are blended with a color to create opaque pixels.  Since most message boards have a white background for the messages, I have used the color white.

If you wanted to display this tag on a non-white background, then you'd have to create another tag and change the blend color as indicated in the screenshot below where it says #FFFFFF.

You could also create a non-animated tag and save it in PSP as a PNG and then you can display it nicely on a non-white background.

Great results, Daphne and Chuy!  Thanks for trying this tutorial and showing your fab results!

I have revisited this tutorial using a gothic font , Black Castle, and the fill that I used was made from a Halloween tube I think.  I used the same drip settings for this tag, but I've applied the drip twice for each frame of the animation to make it more drippy.  I've never liked the flame from this tutorial so I created another one that I like more.
