Hello, Karla, long time no see .  I'm so happy to see you posting again .  I'm sorry it's taken me this long to check in and reply .  It must have felt like you were talking to yourself LOL, sorry for that.  I have enjoyed seeing all your updates with what is going on in your life .

I'm super happy to hear you've got a version of PSP working, and that you also got AS to work!  That's amazing!

Since you last heard from me, I have been surfing the web on a laptop (not my favorite way to surf).  I haven't even turned on my desktop computer in years OMG, so I don't know how that will go when I do .  So my access to PSP is none at the moment .  I tried to install PSP on my laptop using my disc, but the install requires Adobe Flash Player, and that program isn't on my laptop .  How depressed I was that day .  I'm sure there's a way of doing a manual install of the files onto my laptop, but I haven't made it a priority as I have other life projects that need my attention.  I'm afraid that if I have PSP to play with I won't get those projects done .

So what is the project I'm working on, you may ask.  It's been many, many years that I've lived with too much stuff that I've held onto in my life from the passing of family or friends and I have felt a little (well, maybe not so little) overwhelmed with having to store and/or care for it all.  Luckily for me I put a hard stop on purchasing new stuff , but I'm still left with the volume of old stuff hanging around and blocking the flow of energy .  After that last illness I had that lasted for years, I've just about had enough .

I found some great decluttering channels on YouTube that I've been watching, and they have really inspired me .  Before finding the channels, I was so overwhelmed with the process that I would quit .  This quitting happened year after year after year *sigh*.  But I found a girl who teaches a method that I can work with, so my decluttering process has begun.  Gone is the old coffee mug collection LOL.

I wish I could do more faster, but the weather has been awful for us this time of year.  Apparently we have Summer in Autumn LOL.  Instead of having lovely cool and breezy days, it's been hot, humid and today we even had some rain .  The weather is all over the place .  I don't move very well when it's hot, so I've been getting cabin fever waiting for it to cool enough for me to huff and puff LOL.

After my years of illness, when I was recovering, I heard someone use the expression "mental health walk".  I had never heard that expression before, so I thought I'd go on a walk and see if it helped with my mental health.  It's not like I felt happy after walking, but I felt good that I was able to get outside, which is something that I didn't really do before.  You'd think I was afraid of the outdoors by the way that I lived .  So I've been trying to walk 3-5 times a week to get exercise.  I heard that walking is supposed to be good for your brain, and I could use that too .  We have a grocery store about a mile away, so hubby and I walk as often as we can and go to the store and pick up whatever we need and then walk home.  So it's about a two mile walk.

The illness that I had took a huge toll on my body.  I lost a ton of weight and I'm sure much of that was muscle mass unfortunately .  I was so weak at times that I could barely stand .  I even remember setting a timer for 10 minutes and doing what I called "standing exercise".  Basically I stood on my feet for 10 minutes before I would gladly sit down again LOL.  And now I am up to 3-5 times a week walking and even getting some bicycle riding in.  I am seeing a change in the strength of my legs which gives me such a relief as they were so weak, it scared me .  I've been walking regularly now since about April, so it's been months and I'm thrilled with the changes I've seen in my body.  I wouldn't have believed it could be done.

So have I written a novel yet, or maybe just a short story? LOL  I just wanted to fill you all in on some things that have been going on in my life and why I haven't been around as much as I'd like.

Once again it's wonderful to seeing you all checking in.  I look forward to one day returning to the art form that I loved for so many years.  Also I'll try not to be so shy in checking in.  Sometimes I feel like I can't think or speak , but I'll try to post more, even if it's just to say hello.

Hellloooo, Daphne, it's good to see you again!   I know it's been forever since I've been here regularly.

I'd love to be able to create more in PSP, but I haven't used my desktop computer in years , and that is the computer that has PSP installed.  I tried installing PSP on my laptop, but my install disk needs Adobe Flash to install and my laptop doesn't have it .  So I'm without PSP for the moment until I can figure out how to add the program files .  But in the meantime, I will be hoping to see what new things you all create .

My goodness, I can't seem to keep my days straight .  Yesterday I posted and said it was Saturday , but today is Saturday LOL.  So Happy Saturday again!

Today I'm looking for websites that have linkable smileys that I can use.  Back in the day there used to be lots of sites with linkable images, but many of them are gone now .  My tears could fill a bucket LOL.  Hey, Karla, if you know of any sites with smileys, please let me know, TSM!
