Marycielo, there are many small fonts (with previews) in the Fonts PSP Supplies.

If you choose a pixel/bitmap font it's important to turn the anti-alias off.  When using a non-pixel font, you may need to experiment.  When I use really tiny fonts, I usually choose a pixel font; there's so many good ones to choose from.

As to the font in the tag that you posted, I don't recognize the fonts used in the tag.

The font I used for this tag is Distorted.  I took a quick look at some font sites, and I couldn't find it.  Maybe it has a different name.  I can upload it here to share if you'd like it.

The pixel font used for my name is Pixel Love.

The pixel font used for the text on this tag is Teacher's Pet.  I used the same font for my name but used a larger size.
