Hello ladies, I hope all is well with you ♥
I am cold at the moment and really want to get completely under the covers but first, I will finish this post lol Weather is okay but it still gets a bit chilly. I believe we will have some sunny temps today.
I am looking forward to the new month, as we will get into the Valentine spirit. But I also still want it to be Christmassy / Wintertime! I have ideas for new sig tags and I am hoping to get some done soon. Been also thinking about an "Always List", so whenever I make new sig tags, I will automatically make some for those on the list. ^_~

Hello dear, Marycielo. I love the word art you shared with us (and I love the sig you made with my name too)! I hope you will feel better very soon. My husband and I were sick for like 2 weeks, earlier in the month. So glad we are over that cold! It was frustrating being sick. ♥
Well, I am real sad this weekend. Yesterday, a Common Raven destroyed one of the eagle eggs, at the Big Bear Lake eagle nest. The remaining egg has a crack (or cracks) and it is possible it will not succeed. I cried and still do, whenever I think a lot about it. I know it is part of nature but it is so heartbreaking. Hopefully, they will have another egg or eggs this season. Last year, at another nest, 3 eaglets passed away due to a terrible storm and knocking their nest down. The momma eagle was also knocked down with them but she was able to fly and well, the eaglets were much too young. I cried for a loooong time for them.
My brother sent me an Instagram video of cute Asian elephants (I love elephants!) and I seen they are in a preserve in TX. I told my hubby that I want to go see them - it is like $125 per person for a 1.15 hour interactive experience. The last time I ever saw an elephant up close was at the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey circus back in ... I want to say 2007?? So yeah, I am due for my elephant fix, lol ♥ Hopefully, someday I will be able to do so. Will have to plan it out. They also have an animal expedition with Australian species for $95 per person. It all sounds so awesome!!

Hello everyone, Happy February!!
I hope you all have made it through January with little to "no bumps" - I know, sometimes it cannot be helped. As for hubby & I, we are good. Just dreading having to get into cleaning mode for our annual inspection in 9 days. It is always stressful and I end up staying up all night to morning doing stuff. We keep things tidy for awhile and then it gets back to messy. (>_<) Where is the edit button for real Life?? lol And to top it off, a week after, there is another inspection from the city or something! Bleh.
I have been downloading a lot of lovely tubes and scrap kits. I wish I knew where my big usb storage is (it is a 1 terabyte). I feel bad using up this laptop`s storage / memory. Speaking of, maybe my brain needs a new one too, since I forget a lot of things, lol!

Greetings! I hope you are all doing well.
I could be better but I have been feeling bleh, on and off. I get sudden flashes of heat, then I am cold, and sometimes both! It is annoying. We had inspection #1 yesterday and we passed. However, we still have a lot to do for the next one. We have until Monday night to take care of what we need to do. And we will have to be up for them to be here between 8-9 AM. I am dreading it. The last one kicked our butt - I literally stayed up over 24 hrs so that I could get stuff done and hubby moved around the heavy stuff. Plus, he was not feeling well and did not have his need prescription (the pharmacy messed up the order).
I do have to get myself to sleep soon. My body is calling for sleep lol I hope to be on later in the day, if not, then it will be during my usual time (LATE NIGHT). Have a great Thursday, everyone! ♥

We plan to stay in and watch movies. And as a treat for dinner, chinese food! We do not eat it often, usually only for special occassions. Here, they do not have chow mein (and it is my fav) but they have what they call lo mein. Is there a difference, I have no clue, lol!

I am back to check in for the day ♥
We had a lovely Valentine dinner and 2 movies, at home. It was exactly what I wanted. No big whoop or fancy gifts. As I tell the hubby, in order to make me happy, all he has to do is feed me, lol!!!
I am sad Valentine`s is over... I have a whole bunch of cute tubes saved and did not get to use them all. I will probably still create things with them, just won`t make them too Valentiney, lol!
Oki doki, time to get this posted now. Take care and enjoy the rest of the weekend (it is a 3 day weekend, here in the states).

Hope you are over your cold and flu. How did you cope with a winter storm in Texas? Must have been brutal. Here's in Ontario, Canada...we are used to that kind of weather. It's normal for us but still I hate the cold and snow. lol
How's my little friend Karla doing? Great I hope and all better now. It sucks to be sick, especially with hot and cold flashes. I'm used to those too. I'm old....so have had them for a while now. Not pleasant!
I know I'm being nosey but you keep mentioning inspections and I have no idea what you're talking about.  I must have missed or skipped a message somewhere along the way.
Valentine's Day was nice and quiet for us too. Didn't do anything special. We actually just got back from lunch now...which was our Valentine's Day lunch...just a few days late. We didn't want to venture out on the actual day as all the restaurants were crazy busy and it wouldn't have been too enjoyable. Today is Family Day so the first restaurant we tried had tons of kids...yikes...so we walked out and went somewhere else. Second place wasn't crowded at all but they seated two ladies with little kids right next to us. Thank GOD the kids were relatively good because we were contemplating moving tables. lol I know...I know... We are old and cranky! Hahahaha... We just don't do kids very well.... especially during a meal out.
We finally got our second new fridge and absolutely no issues with this one. It's so wonderful! We love it. Nice and spacious and no constant beeping sounds. Still haven't sold the old one....but will wait for the right buyer. We are in no rush.
Weather is slowly warming up and our thousands of ducks are so happy. Their water area is flowing again and they are loving it. We went to feed them again yesterday. They were so so hungry but less cold. They were all walking normally without their little feet tucked under their wings. We fed them huge amounts of corn and sunflower seeds. They should be ok for a while. Some other people were there as well feeding them. I don't understand how they can show up with a little bag of food ...enough for many 5 ducks...when there are over a 1,000 all around wanting food too. I couldn't do it...I would feel so bad if I couldn't feed them all.
I have been doing a few tags...here and there.....keeping busy with my PSP'ing. Here's the one I did for Valentine's Day.
Not sure if it's allowed to post other tags in here... if not...let me know and I will delete it.
I'm off now to work on another tutorial.

Hubby and I are good. Our cold lasted a good while ~ it was so annoying! Glad that bug got out of our way.
Oh yes, the inspections were for our apartment. We have them yearly and it is always a pain in the bum! Today, we had the 2nd one , which was the safety inspection ~ they checked the doors, windows, smoke detectors, electrical stuff... etc. In fact, I am STILL awake since yesterday. Woke up in the early afternoon and stayed up to get things cleared up. We were told to be ready between 8-9AM so and they ended up showing up at 11 AM (they check random apartments, not all of them)!! We are so glad that these are over now and will not have to worry about them until next year!
Lol, that is how I feel about the misbehaved kids at places! In 2020, we went out to have lunch with some of hubby`s fam. There was a group / family near us that had the MOST rowdy kids I have ever seen and heard! And they were making an absolute mess ~ there was trash all over the place and they were running around and shouting, as if they were at a playground. The staff did not say a thing, too!
Nice! Glad you finally have your new fridge! Is it the same model? And yay, you got to feed the duckies!! I am so glad to hear it has warmed up for them. A few days ago, we watched a news story (I forgot in what U.S. state it was but it was up north) about a swan that was stuck in the river ~ which was all ice! Rescuers were called in to get the poor thing back to safety. ♥
Oh, how pretty and elegant your Valentine tag is!! Love it (^_~) I think it would be okay to share your results here (if from a tutorial from outside of the group). And hmmm, I wonder why the transparent PNG images are showing up with a black background?? Did you post the images by "copy & paste" method or using the image`s link??
 I cropped the image and uploaded it to my ImgBB account. Try right-click and "copy image" and then paste it to your message. Hope it will work.
Okay, I must get going now because my brain is sleeping, even though I am still "awake". I just hope I don`t get those "falling down" feelings that wake you up with a jerk / jolt, lol!!! I am sure I will be back on, if I wake up during the night / early morning. I want to PSP play (^_^).
