Thanks so much for writing this tut, Judy!

It's really cute, and I look forward to playing more with it and adding some other colors and maybe some textures, etc. for the fill in the letters. And I'd like to play with the different smilies.  Great tut!  And I'm so happy that I didn't have to write it!

I'll pass on the info to Cindy, who was interested in the tag.  I love how easy it was to click and save the PSP files!  I'm really going to have to check out that dropbox site .

Cute tag, Timber!

Thank you so much for testing the tut and providing me with such great tips.  I read and reread this crazy tut but, didn't catch all of the boo-boos.  I think I have fixed all the flaws, so far.  Let me know if you find more.

To me, it is a confusing tut and really hard for me to explain the steps.  I am glad you were able to follow it and hopefully, by making these changes, it will be easier for others to understand.

I really like dropbox.  You can download the desktop application or just log in online and add files.  It is simple enough for me to figure out so...it must be simple .

Thanks again and I look forward to see how you play with this, Judy

DySnag06ASOCYVW.jpg  It was so nice to just be a tut tester and not a tut writer!   I will go through the steps again when I make another tag or snag, and if I notice anything else to edit, I'll let you know.

Thanks again for taking the time to write it!

Cheetah, you did a great job! Thanks a bunch for trying the tut.

I am glad that you were able to follow it.  It was difficult to write and I just hoped that I explained it so that others could follow the instructions.

Your tag looks awesome!

Thanks for the snag Cheetah! It is fantastic!

I have added a couple more smileys to the bottom of the tut.  I'll post them here for you all.

You know that you can open these gif images in AS and export them to psp, if you'd rather work with them in psp form.  Feel free to change the colors, frame speed, duplicate frames or delete them.  Feel free to play with these, of course the frame count is different so you'll need to account for that.

I look forward to seeing your creations.

I did the tut again and realized I needed to add something about how to line up the name in psp before it is opened in AS.  Hopefully this revision makes sense.

I also made a snag.

LOL Judy, I love the lurking snag!

Thanks for creating the girly-with-the-tongue smiley!   It's perfect for your snag.

And, Cheetah, great work!   I'm glad you worked your way through the tutorial.

Did you add a drop shadow to your letters?  Or perhaps you had your anti-alias turned on?  Your letter outlines look a little thicker than normal to me.

This is a perfect tutorial for making snags, thanks!   And I just realized, by looking at your snags, that I used all lowercase letters for my snag LOL.  It's such a habit to use all lowercase letters and I didn't think this font would have two different sets of letters.

timber thanks soo much for your advice - I really appreciate it ..

The text width was set at 2 - my fault - but anyway, so I can make a new one
